The towing capacity of the Sequoia is 3,220 kg, and the available towing package includes a 4/7-pin wire harness with trailer brake prewire, a Class IV weight distribution trailer hitch, Sway Control and Trailer Control logic. The 2017 Toyota Sequoia also features One-Touch 4-Wheel Drive for better control with the touch of a button.

The 2017 Toyota Sequoia features a 6.1” touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth capabilities. The Limited or Platinum Sequoia models have integrated SiriusXM radio and voice-activated navigation in the system.
The 2017 Sequoia also has a 3-Zone Climate Control system and Dynamic Laser Cruise Control (DLCC). The 3-Zone Climate Control features automatic air-conditioning with independent temperature controls for each vent. A Multi-layer Filter also is designed to help remove dust and pollen from the air. The available DLCC automatically adjusts the speed of the SUV with the use of on-board sensors to maintain a safe distance from vehicles ahead.
