TFS Complimentary Job Loss Credit Protection Edmonton AB
Due to the current economic conditions in the Prairie Zone, and thanks to feedback at the zone meetings, Toyota Canada and Toyota Financial Services have partnered up to introduce a new complimentary program. TFS Complimentary Job Loss Credit Protection is now available to residents of Edmonton AB and the greater Prairie Zone area, including the provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The new coverage program is a great way to make sure you feel secure and have your purchase backed up, just in case.
What is TFS Complimentary Job Loss Credit Protection?
So, if you’re a resident of one of those three provinces and either finance or lease a new or pre-owned Toyota or Scion vehicle from a Prairie Zone dealer, like us here at Go Toyota on the Trail, you qualify for TFS Complimentary Job Loss Credit Protection. The coverage is completely free, but you must sign up for it in order to receive coverage. The program will provide up to $10,000 of credit protection in the event that you become involuntarily unemployed within the term of your lease or loan.
A few things to note, the finance or lease deal must have a contract date between July 1st and August 31st of this year. So you still have a couple of weeks to come in and pick out a new vehicle if the news of this deal has eased your mind about the purchase at all. Then, if at any time throughout the course of your lease or loan term you are on the end of unexpected job loss, you will be able to file a claim with a program administrator – Industrial Alliance Pacific General.
Then if your claim is approved, you will be able to return the vehicle and receive a settlement of $10,000 or less from whatever was left on the lease or loan. If you are interested in finding out more information about this program feel free to give us a call and we’d be happy to help you out. If you’re interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned Toyota or Scion thanks to the news of this coverage plan, be sure to check out our inventory.
